All financial transactions on bpexh are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via approved payment methods including JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Bank Alfalah. You must only use payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party payments are prohibited and will result in account suspension pending investigation.
bpexh provides deposit limits, loss limits, session timers, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion tools. Once a self-exclusion is activated, it cannot be reversed for the minimum duration specified at the time of activation. Attempting to circumvent a self-exclusion by creating a new account is a breach of these Terms and may result in permanent exclusion from the bpexh platform.
bpexh reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any account at its sole discretion if it reasonably believes that a user has breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent conduct, provided false information, or poses a legal or regulatory risk. In such cases bpexh will provide written notice by email where reasonably practicable.
By accessing, registering on, or using any service provided by bpexh at bpexh.org (the "Platform"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"), together with the bpexh Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

2.5 KYC Verification. Before processing your first withdrawal, bpexh may require you to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification process. This may include submitting a valid government-issued photographic identification document and a recent utility bill or bank statement confirming your registered address. Failure to complete KYC within the requested timeframe may result in withdrawal delay or account restriction.
3.1 Password Security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bpexh login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person. bpexh will never ask for your password by email or live chat.
3.2 Unauthorised Access. If you believe your bpexh account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify bpexh support immediately. bpexh is not liable for losses arising from unauthorised access where you have failed to maintain reasonable security over your credentials.
3.3 Device Responsibility. Where you access bpexh from a shared or public device, you must ensure that you log out fully after each session. bpexh accepts no liability for losses arising from access by a third party using your device or credentials.
4.1 Approved Methods. bpexh accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively via the payment methods listed on the Platform at the time of the transaction. Currently accepted methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Bank Alfalah. bpexh reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time.
4.2 Own Funds. You must only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted. Any such deposits identified by bpexh will be reversed to the originating account and may result in account suspension.
4.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, where technically possible. bpexh aims to process all approved withdrawal requests within the timeframes published on the Platform. bpexh reserves the right to delay processing pending completion of KYC verification or in the event of a fraud or security review.
4.4 Currency. All transactions are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). bpexh does not apply currency conversion margins. Any fees charged by your bank or payment provider are outside bpexh's control and are your responsibility.
4.5 Minimum Amounts. Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are published on the Platform and may be updated from time to time without notice. You are responsible for checking current limits before initiating a transaction.

5.4 Pari-Mutuel and Fixed Odds. Where markets are offered at fixed odds, those odds are guaranteed at the time of bet placement as confirmed in your bet confirmation. Where pari-mutuel or pool betting applies, returns depend on the total pool and deductions, as stated in the relevant product rules.
